Human Resources Manager
Amy Peterson has been a proud member of Ecumen North Branch since May 1998. She has been in many different roles and is now in the Human Resources Department. Amy is involved in many different committees with the campus. In her spare time she likes going to the lake with her family and is proud of her son, who is an active-duty Marine.
Social Services Director
Nicole Anderson has been with Ecumen since November 2002. She started at Ecumen Parmly LifePointes as a receptionist and worked in dietary, transportation, adult day care, maintenance, and social services. She became a licensed social worker, and in December 2010 transferred to Ecumen North Branch as the Director of Social Services. Nicole has a beautiful new daughter that takes up a lot of her and her husband’s free time. She also enjoys fishing, sewing, knitting, painting, and other crafts.
Memory Care LPN
Janice Pratt has been a member of the Ecumen team since 1998, and has served the residents of Ecumen North Branch Assisted Living as the LPN Lead for the past four years. She enjoys camping, hiking, quilting, spending time with her pets, and one day hopes to visit Alaska. Janice’s goal is to make a difference in the lives of the residents at Ecumen North Branch.
Director of Admissions – Skilled Nursing
Glenda Schmidt has been a proud employee of Ecumen since 2009, and the Admissions Director for two Ecumen Communities: Ecumen North Branch and Ecumen Parmly Lifepointes. As a licensed Social Worker she utilizes her skills to build relationships with the hospitals, clinic, patients and families who seek care at Ecumen. In 2014, she began to also take on the Marketing role for the two campuses. Glenda has two beautiful daughters who love going to dance class, and a very loving, supportive husband who works hard to pay the dance bill.
Director of Clinical Services
Brenda Dahl joined the Ecumen North Branch team in June of 2014 as the Financial Director. She has worked in long-term care for over 20 years. Her passion is helping residents and families understand and navigate through the financial component of their stay at Ecumen. Brenda is an active member of Sacred Heart Catholic church in Rush City and enjoys volunteering. Family is very important to Brenda, and she enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters and grandson.
Assisted Living Housing Director
Monica Nelson began working for Ecumen in 1995. She was hired as the Director of Dietary and then in 2007 she transitioned to the Director of Housing position. Monica enjoys the relationships she is able to find with the residents and their families. Monica is very proud of her two beautiful, successful daughters. She loves spending time with her sisters, shopping, cooking and being outdoors.
